Shelly Beach in Caloundra is a wonderful destination known for its rock pools. Though unpatrolled, it’s safe enough to take your pup in. Dogs are allowed to roam leash-free from May through October, 4pm to 8am.
There’s also Currimundi Beach, which is a must-visit for off-leash adventures on its soft sand. You and your pup can also explore the nearby lake and enjoy activities on the inland trails. It’s considered one of the best dog-friendly beaches in Queensland and for a good reason. Bring a picnic blanket and your dog for hours of fun here.
With Twin Waters Dog Beach and these other destinations your pup will love, it’s sure to be a holiday you’ll both enjoy.
