There are three courses to choose from: the 160km Maxi Classic, 120km Challenge Classic, and the 65km Rouleurs Classic. The Maxi Classic begins in Tewantin, which is just 5km away from Hastings Street. From here, you’ll ride through the dramatic mountain terrain away from the beach into verdant valleys, historic towns, and the finish line.

The Challenge Classic starts and finishes at the same destinations as the Maxi Classic but passes through many iconic destinations in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Meanwhile, the new Rouleurs Classic ride offers the ultimate ride, but instead, the riders take on the famous Black Mountain. Afterwards, it’s down to the gorgeous town of Pomona.

Upon finishing, all riders can unwind and celebrate this milestone with friends at the Noosa Classic Event Village. Here, you’ll be welcomed with world-class wines, beers, and gourmet food – the absolute best way to recharge after a tiring but fulfilling ride. The courses are subject to change, so check out the latest event details before your visit.

The Noosa Classic begins at 6:30am on race day, and all riders should be at least the age of 12. Participants between 12 to 16 years old are required to present an Australian Cycling Race License to register. In addition, rider insurance is needed, so if you don’t already have your own, an additional $10 fee will go to insurance.
