Let them run off-leash and play while you enjoy a picnic and refreshments. The park is located within the Centenary Lakes Community and Sports Complex, equipped with numerous amenities ideal for enjoying a day out with your pup and loved ones. The facilities here include an electric BBQ, fitness and play equipment, a car park, shelter, tables, seating, toilets, a water fountain, and a rubbish bin.

A day at the Centenary Lakes Dog Park is made even better with the picturesque backdrop of glistening lakes, waterfalls, rainforests, and streams, all of which are thriving with flora and fauna. Four areas can be booked to hold a wedding ceremony or reception, too! Explore what the rest of the park offers on bicycles or scooters: there is a vast network of well-paved pathways, perfect for exploration.

Why not get some exercise while you’re here? The park is part of Moreton Bay’s 10,000 Steps Program to promote fitness and well-being. The walk starts at the entry of Stringfellow Road, loops around Centenary Lakes, passes right behind the Caboolture Sports Centre, then to Apex Park. There are 2,625 steps in this walk, making up 2.1 kilometres, and it takes only around 20 minutes to complete.

If you’re looking for more fun things to do in the area, there are tons! Check out the Caboolture Markets on Sunday mornings, featuring over 500 stalls that sell everything from furniture, handmade arts and crafts, plants and seeds, clothing and accessories, and so much more. Bring your appetite because of the terrific food at the markets, including fresh coffee and a range of food made with locally sourced produce.
