Caloundra Country Markets

The Sunshine Coast offers plenty of weekend markets. A majority of them sell fresh and tasty local produce, along with various other items that range from apparel, novelties, handcrafts, foodstuffs and bric-a-brac.

The Caloundra Country & Farmers Market is one such market that is held every Sunday from 6am to 12noon at the Currimundi State School.

Stalls are positioned inside the school buildings that sell various products, including collectables, books, jewellery, oil paintings by local artists, hand-crafts, and hand-made clothes, incense, oils, woodwork and children’s toys.

Outside stalls have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, yoghurt and cheeses, bread, cakes, jam, honey, eggs, plants, herbs, and tools and garden supplies. You will also find a range of bric-a-brac in the many car-boot sales around the market.

There are coffee stalls on-site and plenty of free parking at the Currimundi Hotel.
