Baringa Skate Plaza

The Baringa Skate Plaza is a state-of-the-art skateboard park catering to the Baringa community.

The plaza was created to be the Civic Square’s focal point and was designed in cooperation with Covic, a pioneer in designing youth spaces and skate parks.

The plaza was unveiled to the public in 2018 and has since attracted young amateur and seasoned skaters. Each day, it’s thrilling to come and visit the plaza to watch these kids perform impressive stunts seemingly fearlessly. The plaza is also home to the Aura Skate Titans, occasionally challenging the Sunshine Coast skateboarders.

The Baringa Skate Plaza hosts several skateboarding festivals, usually with food trucks, dance classes, live music, and more. Don’t miss a chance to visit if you love skateboarding! It’s also a terrific chance to explore the rest of Aura, the largest master-planned community in the entire country.
