Sunshine Castle at Bli Bli is an interactive attraction on the Sunshine Coast that features a range of medieval attractions, a museum, and an extensive function venue.

Promoting history and education, this fun attraction makes a great day out for the whole family or an excellent venue for your next special event.

Step inside the castle, which houses turrets, towers and a drawbridge and check out the many medieval exhibits on display. Take a look in the Great Hall and make your way down to the dungeon, where you can learn all about medieval torture techniques and equipment. Make your way up to the Castle Keep, a lookout tower that offers stunning views from the Sunshine Coast to the Hinterland.

You will also find Knights in armour, including Sir Justyn, who entertains the crowd on every first and third Saturday of the month. You will also find Sir Justyn wandering around the castle during the Queensland School Holidays, so make sure you stop by with your kids and learn more about medieval knights.

There is a range of activities on offer, including Junior Jousting, Archery, Canon fire, weapons displays, and other medieval displays. There are many historical talks and educational exhibitions on show; all included in your admission price.

A great place to host children’s parties and special functions, Sunshine Castle, is well equipped to host your special event. Entertainers are available to perform, including fire breathers, belly dancers, wandering minstrels, magicians, theatre dinner performers, children’s entertainers, and more.
