Run Amuk Cruises

Run Amuk Cruises are the social enterprise for the veteran Maritime Warrior project, wellness and up-skill initiative for both current and ex-military and first responder communities, being police, fire and ambulance veterans.

They support over 12x not-for-profits and charities on the yacht while being crewed by their veterans.

Run Amuk Cruises, Morning, Sunset & Whale Day Tours, Mooloolaba QLD

Join the crew onboard to experience a cruise while they set our sail for the sea. The vessel is a commercially registered ocean-going 43ft racing sailing yacht. They limit day passengers to a total of 12, so there’s plenty of room to lounge amongst the bean bags and cushions.

The yacht features an extra-wide beam for its class, which makes it a comfortable and stable vessel. They have a clean deck that makes it easy to get around, and there is plenty of room to soak up the atmosphere.

Depending on your mood, you can sit back and relax or get your hands on the helm, sailing and fishing. Have a go at skippering the vessel to appreciate how responsive it is to handle, help raise the sails or safely climb the mast to find an answer in one of the corporate team challenges.

Let the kids explore the saloon, play a few board games or choose a book to read. While visiting the saloon deck, galley and heads (toilet in sea talk), you can glimpse the sleeping arrangements – built to sleep 14. However, six guests are ideal for their overnight charters.

Toilets, kitchen, fridge, couch and beds are all below in the saloon with a BBQ on deck.

Please find extra details on each of the different cruises below.
