The shopping centre opened its doors back in October 2006, with major outlets Big W and Woolworths, as well as 100 specialty shops. The combined major Australian and local brands make it a favourite of shoppers looking for a wide variety of goods. It was also the first time a mall provided a one-stop shopping destination complete with a discount department store for the local area.

Each year, the Noosa Civic adds well-loved brands to their portfolio of retailers. These include Cotton On, City Beach, W. Lane, Adairs, Connor, Rockwear and many more. The centre is always kept clean, with toilets near the bus stop making it convenient to shop. There is adequate parking, including beneath shaded areas, so whether you need groceries, fashion, kids’ items or furniture, you’re sure to find them here.

Aside from a wonderful shopping experience, customers can also expect to see a good range of services here for the Lost and Found, head over to Centre Management which is found behind the Red Rooster. Two wheelchairs and a mobility scooter are available for complimentary hire, though bookings are necessary ahead of time. Disabled toilets are located between Woolworths and the Big W.

Additionally, the centre is equipped with two-parent rooms furnished with change tables, a microwave, electronic opening doors, private feeding rooms, nappy dispensers, and children’s toilets.
