Kabi Golf Course – Clubhouse & Green Fees, Sunshine Coast
At Kabi, there is a par 3, 18 hole course which was established many years ago as well as a 9 hole course within an orchard. The overall course combines par 3’s, 4’s and 5’s which makes for an overall challenging course. You will also find a huge range of animals on the course during your game including kangaroos, black cockatoos and wallabies.
Take some time to practice your swing at the 250-metre grass driving range or spend a day playing tennis at the onsite tennis courts. After your game, grab something to eat at the Clubhouse bar which sells organic food with the aim of becoming totally self-sufficient. All food is prepared without the use of synthetic fertilisers, pesticides or other chemicals.
Being a farm as well as a golf course, golfers will love the scenery which houses over 1200 trees on 300 acres including mandarins, grapefruit, oranges, lemons and lime. The club also sources their beef and chicken from their own farm as well as free range eggs which are used in many of their dishes. The view from the clubhouse veranda overlooks the 1st and 18th holes and is an ideal spot for wildlife and bird watching while enjoying a meal.
