With over 200 acres of land housing many strawberries, lychee, pineapples and greenhouse crops, Gowinta Farms is a great place to get some fresh produce on your next trip to the Sunshine Coast.

Located just 30 minutes south of the Sunshine Coast, near Australia Zoo, Gowinta Farms is conveniently located right off the Bruce Highway.

Gowinta Farms, Strawberries & Beerwah Caravan Park, Qld

Gowinta Farms grows over 170 acres of strawberries, 3 million pineapples, 10,000 lychee trees and 6 acres of greenhouse crops, including Driscoll raspberries and strawberries. Over 70,000 punnets of strawberries are packed each day during the prime strawberry season, so visitors can get an insight into the tremendous amount of work that goes into harvesting these delicious fruits.

As the Sunshine Coast’s largest strawberry grower, Gowinta Farm welcomes visitors to come and stay and purchase their variety of produce directly from the grower.

The Gowinta Farm also has a caravan park on-site called Beerwah Caravan Park. There are 56 powered sites with wireless internet, concreted site pads, clean toilets and shower blocks, communal kitchen with stoves, sinks, microwaves and fridge and coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Pets are also welcome at the caravan park.
